Your credit balance and payment references. Card details never reach us — ZarinPal handles the payment.

Technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps), kept 30 days.

Run the service: generate what you asked for, show your library, take payment, answer you when you write.

Prompts go to the model provider that answers them, and to nobody else.

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

We don't train any model on your prompts, images or conversations.

We don't read your conversations unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

Generated files: 30 days. The report row stays so you can regenerate.

Conversations until you delete them. Account and billing records while the account exists, then as long as tax law requires.

On our own server in Germany, not a third-party platform.

Model providers process your prompts on their own infrastructure, which may be outside Iran or the EU.

See and edit your details in Settings, download your files anytime, and delete your account with everything in it.

Write to us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it erased.
